Plant has one loading dock with additional concrete pads to the rear and side of the main warehouse area. Warehouse area has two additional large roll up doors on one end of the building, besides the roll up door next to the loading dock area. There is an upstairs office area for supervisor next to the warehouse area.
Ceiling height in the break area is approximately 10 Ft., and in the warehouse area 16 Ft. In addition, there is approximately 5400 Sq. Ft. of concrete outside the building for additional external storage of wood, metals, etc.
